Transfer of Title
The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership
transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format,
or other wise, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a)
at the time we transmit the Product via email, mail, or other electronic communication addressed to the
customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for
downloading from the Site.
Indemnification
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend SE School for Career Development and all parties from whom
SE School for Career Development has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and

agrees that all aspects of the creation of all products and services offered on this site, including the

products and services. As such, the customer agrees that all payments for all such creative products and
services are final and non-refundable. All items and/ or  products are sold as is.

let SE School for Career Development post completed resumes, pictures, information to selected websites
with no guarantees or warranties of any kind with regard to job interviews, job placements, and any and all

SE School for Career Development is not a computer/ technical/ or electronic repair shop and does not
provide ISP, Internet, Email, Computer, Printer, Hardware, Software or Electronic repair or services in any way.
If any one is having problems with their ISP, Internet, Email, Computer, Hardware, Software or other electronic
devices problems, we recommend student or person contact their computer or electric repair shop or Internet
Service Provider.
Software Requirement:
Go to the Registration Section in our web site for Computer Requirements for enrolled students, CD, and
software requirements or contact SE School for Career Development for requirements for the class you are
going to take. Different requirements will vary per program or class. Contact SE School for Career
Development concerning software requirements for the program you are interested in taking for your class.

Windows Vista Program may not be compatible with some software programs, or CDs, CD Rom files, files,
records, and software.  Windows Vista Software programs will only run with NDCMedisoft software versions
12 or later.

All names, contact information, and other information used in class reports, web site, books, sample
resumes or sample documents are fictional and can not be construed as real.
Credit Card Use.
Your credit card account will be managed to ensure maximum security for your credit card processing.
Information you disclose to SE School for Career Development regarding yourself and your credit card and/or
bank account will only be used in accordance with the terms provided by this Privacy Policy.  All information
you provide must match the credit card account records provided by the bank that issued your credit card.
Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. Credit card fraud is a federal
crime punishable by heavy fines and imprisonment. SE School for Career Development considers fraud as
the most serious threat to our business and services. We will charge any fraudulent behavior from our clients
to the fullest extent of the law. SE School for Career Development automatically records your computer ID, as
well as your ISP provider, as a safety measure for our own protection against fraud.

right to the initiation of such legal proceedings and to the recovery of costs related to such legal actions from
customers/ clients/students or anyone in breach of this agreement.
